I hereby apply to become a member of Parramatta Bridge Club Incorporated Association. In the event of my admission as a member, I agree to be bound by the constitution of the association for the time being in force.

For new members, Home membership fee is $40.
(plus $20 transfer fee if you are a member of another Bridge Club)
Away membership fee is $20.
